Zardetto's winemaking technique combines state of the art technology with a revival of ancient tradition. Fabio Zardetto who trained at Conegliano, one of Italy's top enological schools, and with many years of experience, has established a reputation as the region's top producer of sparkling wine. He makes his home in the Conegliano, the center of production of Spumante.
